Level II: Stage II Investors are individuals and international corporations who will review loan requests on their own merits and underwriting considerations.

Level III: Stage III Investors are a network of Hard Money Lenders, which we have developed. This means that your loan may be evaluated and considered by as many as 10-20 different international lending institutions.
